Delete your Blindrop account

You can delete your Blindrop account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused coins and active subscription benefits are lost — cancel a subscription in Google Play first so you are not charged again.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Blindrop and go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
3. For your security, if you haven't signed in within the last 15 minutes, the app asks you to log in again with your phone number first, then retry.

Deletion happens immediately.

Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@blindrop.app from any address with the subject “Delete my Blindrop account” and include the phone number you signed up with. We will verify that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your name, display name, bio, interests, gender, city, preferences and avatar.
• Your profile and gallery photos, including the files themselves.
• Your Drop conversations, messages, Reveal decisions and Vibe Reports.
• Your streaks, Drop history, personality results, vibes and subscription record.
• Your phone number, notification token and verification badge, and your sign-in itself — the account can never be logged into again.

What is kept, and why

• Safety reports filed by or against the account are kept, so a banned user cannot erase their history by deleting and signing up again. They are linked to an anonymous record with no name, phone number or photos.
• Your age number stays on that anonymous record; on its own it does not identify you.
• Purchase records held by Google Play and our payment processor are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Backups of our database taken before your deletion may still contain your data. They are access-restricted and used only to recover from outages — never to restore a deleted account.
